Our return policy applies exclusively to wholesale purchases made directly through Coalition LA.

✅ 14-Day Claim Window
All claims must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the shipment date.

✅ Pre-Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) before merchandise is returned.

✅ Manufacturing Defects Only
Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

✅ Original Condition Required
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and polybags.

✅ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a verified Coalition LA error.

✅ Resolution Options
Approved claims may be resolved through store credit, replacement merchandise (subject to availability), or another mutually agreed solution.
