Return Policy
At Coalition Apparel, Inc., we take pride in our quality and value. If you receive an item with a factory defect, please let us know by submitting a claim within 14 calendar days from the date your shipment leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, claims made after 14 days cannot be processed.
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that all returns be pre-authorized by submitting a claim form and receiving approval. Without pre-authorization, returns may be sent back with additional shipping fees. Please note that all returns are issued as in-store credit only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping charges as well as for shipments that are lost or undelivered.
If you receive any damaged items, please email us a completed return form along with a photograph of the item at returns@coalitionla.com. Once we review and approve your claim, we will provide you with a Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number (RMA#) to include with your return shipment. If it is determined that there is no defect, we will notify you via email. Please be sure to include your RMA# with your return, as items returned without one cannot be processed. Additionally, items must be returned in their original condition (WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND POLYBAGS) and should not have been worn, washed, altered, or further damaged.
