How Private Label Ordering Works

  • Submit Your Concept

    Send us your sketches, inspiration images, tech packs, physical samples, or selected Coalition LA style numbers.

  • Project Review

    Our team will review your design direction, quantities, target pricing, materials, and delivery requirements.

  • Sample Development

    We will prepare a development sample for your review. Additional revisions may be required depending on the style and fit.

  • Approval and Production

    After the sample, pricing, colors, quantities, labels, and packaging are approved, we will confirm the purchase order and begin production.

  • Quality Control and Delivery

    Our team will monitor the production process and coordinate quality-control requirements before shipment.

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities depend on the style, fabric, color, and level of customization.

As a general guideline, fully custom development typically begins at approximately:

1,200 units per color

Final minimum quantities will be confirmed after our team reviews the project.

Development and Production Timing

Estimated timing may include:

  • Initial project review: 3–7 business days
  • First development sample: approximately 2–3 weeks
  • Revisions and approvals: based on buyer feedback
  • Bulk production: approximately 90 days after final approval, deposit, and receipt of all required information

Custom fabrics, special trims, complex construction, or additional sample revisions may require more time.

All timing listed above is an estimate. Coalition LA does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
