It is important to us that we deliver our customers' orders in full and on-schedule. We understand that time is valuable, and we want to ensure timeliness with all orders. This is our reason behind choosing UPS, exclusively, as our main shipping carrier.

Below are the Delivery Methods UPS offers:

UPS Ground Shipping

  • Delivery within 1-5 business days for orders placed by 12 P.M.PST Monday-Friday.

UPS 3 Day Select

  • Delivery within 3 business days for orders placed by 12 P.M.PST

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 12 P.M.PST

UPS Next Day Air

  • Next business day delivery for orders placed by 12 P.M.PST
  • Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska

We try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but when we receive a high volume of orders, it may take up to 3 business days when all the ordered items are in-stock, and between 7-10 business days when the ordered items are not-in-stock.
If we receive your order before 11:00 AM PST, there is a greater chance that your order will be shipped out the same day, as long as all the ordered items are in-stock. If you need your order by a specific date, you can make a special request to our sales representative by leaving a comment in the check-out box or by communicating the request via e-mail/fax/telephone.
The UPS pick-up truck always arrives by 3:00PM PST; we must prepare all shipments by this time. If you order after 11:00AM PST we may not be able to prepare the order on time. In this event, the shipment will be passed onto the next day.

**Please be advised, orders placed after 11:00AM PST may not be shipped the same day.**


International Shipping
Even though our main carrier is UPS, we can work with any shipping company that has a local office or has the ability to collect the orders from our warehouse.


Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and our product’s excellent value. Any items with factory defects purchased through Coalition Apparel, Inc. (which include Coalition LA, Motion by Coalition, and Downtown Coalition brands) must have a claim submitted within 14 calendar days from the date the shipment leaves our warehouse. Claims made after 14 days from ship date are only eligible for partial credit (up to 50%). We will not accept any items with claims made after 30 calendar days from shipment date. Returns must be pre-authorized (claim form must be submitted and approved), otherwise they may be sent back and are subject to shipping fees. All returns are for in-store credit only. Any chargebacks will be subject to dispute charges. All original shipping fees are non-refundable and customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Customers are also liable for return shipments that are lost or undelivered. All orders are final and any changes to the order after submittal will result in a 20% restocking fee based on the entire order amount.

If any damaged items are received, please email us a completed return form, along with a photograph of the damaged item(s). Completed forms can be emailed to returns@coalitionla.comIf your claim has been approved for return, we will provide a Return to Manufacturer Authorization Number (RMA#) to include with your return shipment. If it is determined that there is no defect in the materials or their workmanship, you will be notified by email. Items returned without an RMA# will NOT be processed, and no credit will be issued. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Items will not be accepted that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the receiver in any way.

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Always review your order before you check out.
