If a store near me carries Coalition LA or Motion by coalition, what will you do?
We try our best to protect the interest of our loyal customers. We will try not to sell the same style in the same color to a competing store in the area. We recommend ordering styles that you are interested in, including immediate styles and future deliveries.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major domestic credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards that are issued internationally, as does not allow credit cards issued internationally.


Do you accept credit card information over the phone?
Yes, we do accept credit card information over the phone; however, we do require a credit card authorization form to be filled out and faxed/scanned over to us before we can complete your phone order.


Are we charged ahead of time for future orders?
If the items that you wish to future order are currently in-stock, we require a 10% deposit to hold the order.  We will send a clarifying deposit form via your preferred method.
If the items that you wish to future order are not in-stock, a deposit is optional, and we will notify you before the product arrives to confirm the order.  At this time, a deposit may/may not be required, depending on ship date.


What is your cancellation policy?
Once your order is submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time, we are unable to easily cancel your order. Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Is there a minimum that needs to be purchased?
Our merchandise is pre-packed per style per color. Usually, its 6pcs or 8 pcs per pack. Please see our individual styles for packing information. For our first-time clients, we recommend that you order a couple of different styles so that you can carry a good representation of Coalition LA and/or Motion by Coalition in you store.


What sizes do you carry?
Please check individual items for size breakdowns and fit specifications.


What is a pre-pack?
A pre-pack is an entire size run per style per color. An 8 piece pack is one style, one color (2 XS, 2 S, 2 M, 2 L). Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the pre-pack, i.e. a reduction in quantity or an exchange of sizes.


Does Coalition apparel, Inc. sell broken packs?
No. We sell only pre-packs (8 pieces) or (6 pieces).


Can you hold my merchandise that is in stock until I'm ready to take it?
We can hold merchandise that is ready to ship only if you put a 10% deposit down.


Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?
Each order represents a different invoice. New items are typically placed on a new invoice in order to expedite the shipping process. If you need to modify an existing order, please contact us at or call 213.747.0277 to discuss.


The item I want is out of stock. What can I do now?

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
We do not. As a wholesaler, we are not required to collect any taxes unless you reside within the state of California and do not have a valid sales permit. If you intend to sell the goods purchased from us, you will be required to collect all applicable taxes pursuant to your state’s tax code.


Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, we add shipping costs to every box that is shipped. The freight cost depends on the weight of the box and the destination. You may provide us with your UPS account information if you would like the freight cost to be billed to you.


How soon will my order be shipped?
It takes 1-3 business days to process orders once payment information is received and the credit card authorization form is completed. Please call (213.747.0277) or email ( if you need your shipment expedited.


How can I request expedited shipping, i.e. I need it tomorrow, or by Friday of this week?
Please make sure you specify shipping transit times by choosing the correct one when you place your order (ground, 3rd day select, 2nd day, and overnight). You can also send an e-mail (, call us (213.747.0277), and/or add a note/remark when you place your order on-line.


How do I change the shipping address?
Please make the changes when you check-out. This is very important. We want to make sure your order ships to the correct address which may be different from your billing address or your previous shipment address.


What is the procedure to ship internationally?
We ship using UPS domestically and internationally, but because of the high cost of using UPS internationally, the majority of our customers set up a freight forwarder for their orders.


How often are the styles updated?
We update our styles and inventory frequently, so it's best to visit our website every week to see our newest additions.
