We can’t put into words how excited we were when PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) asked us to be a vendor at their Holiday Kind Market last weekend. PETA is the largest animal rights organization in the world, so we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to showcase our PETA-Approved vegan styles at their event and donate 10% of the profits to this amazing cause!! All the vendors at the market were 100% cruelty-free, and the event gave people the chance to knock out some of their Christmas shopping. We all feel a little guilty about the money we spend on gifts, but we don’t have to feel guilty about the type of gifts we purchase! All of the attendees couldn’t believe how soft and authentic our vegan materials felt. Thank you to everyone who attended!

Here are the styles that attendees couldn’t keep their hands off of:

DPJ3021 Get The Hint Jacket was our top seller! Biker inspired: its straight zip closure and horizontal zip features on the chest create a rebellious mood. The feature that caught everyone’s eye was the metallic brushed edges. One guest stated, “Metallic outline! I will never find another vegan leather jacket like this one."

DPJ5036 Split Second Jacket was another hit. Who doesn’t like a traditional vegan leather jacket with a little flair? This moto jacket has a gunmetal zipper design on the side and a stand collar. If you are looking for a timeless piece, this is the one for you. One attendee who purchased this jacket went to the booth next to us and bought a vegan pin to put on it. You can style it however you want!

We have talked about DCJ5015 Get Used To It Vest in every blog, but there is a reason for that… It is a bestseller! The attendees weren’t the only ones to purchase this style; even the vendors had to get one for themselves (shown to the left). This style’s faux fur is iconic, especially since it’s removable! The ultimate winter to spring transitional piece.

Overall, we want to say we love all of you who take the time to learn about the products you purchase. Our purpose is to give people the freedom to express themselves through cruelty-free fashion. Thank you for taking an interest in our brand, our materials, and our mission. We hope that one day we will live in an animal-friendly world.

We teamed up with one of our retailers to make this event possible, and we would love to collaborate with you! Love that you use all vegan materials and your products are animal cruelty-free while also being super stylish! Love also that you are giving exposure to this issue on your blog and through your participation in this event. I buy your products for a chain of stores in the Mountain West and will continue to support animal cruelty businesses like yours in the hopes that one day we will live in a world where animals are given the respect they deserve.
